General Shipping Information
Free FedEx Express Shipping - Shipping is complementary in the United States. We ship within one to two business days of receipt of payment. All items are shipped via FedEx unless a specific request for an alternative carrier is made.
Direct Signature Required - Please note that we ship all packages with "direct signature required" and our carrier is instructed to not leave packages without your signature.
International Shipping - We ship via DHL and FedEx overseas. We charge a flat $175 shipping.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES -Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the customer's responsibility, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and do not go to Wrist Aficionado. In certain cases, customs officers may have the right to delay or deny your package's delivery; we have no control over this, but we do reduce the likelihood of it happening by shipping with reliable international carriers like UPS and FedEx.
